Luna: your cycle coming soon!
Please reach us at alessia@lunayourcycle.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Luna is a cycle and symptom tracking app designed to help you better understand your body.
Whether you're tracking your menstrual cycle, symptoms, or everyday changes, Luna helps you recognise patterns over time so you can feel more informed and prepared when discussing your health with your healthcare professional.
Created from lived experience, Luna was inspired by the journey of searching for answers and the belief that understanding your body shouldn't feel overwhelming.
Luna is for anyone who wants to feel more connected to their health.
Whether you're living with a chronic condition, experiencing unexplained symptoms, trying to understand your cycle, or simply wanting to build healthier tracking habits, Luna is here to help you recognise patterns and better understand your body.
Remembering months of symptoms can be difficult.
Luna helps you record your cycle and symptoms as they happen, making it easier to recognise patterns over time and feel more prepared when discussing your health with your healthcare professional.
Luna was inspired by my own journey with endometriosis and adenomyosis. After years of struggling to remember symptoms between appointments, I wanted to create the app I wish I'd had while searching for answers.
